Two Great Cheese Sauce Masterpiece Dishes You Should Try In Your Lifetime

Stacey C. Slagle

The cheese sauce is a blessing; it can satisfy your cravings and definitely helps to convince kids to eat vegetables. It is creamy, velvety and melts in your mouth.

As you know, cheese sauce is a versatile cheese product that can be used in anything and everything. I have made many dishes out of it; some are common, and some are unique.

Today, I am sharing with you two excellent liquid cheese sauce dishes you should try in your lifetime. So, let’s get started.

Mac and Cheese

Mac and Cheese is a dreamy food that is absolutely comforting; I am already drooling. There are so many variations of Mac and Cheese, and most of the people already have their own way of making it.

I am not giving you the right way to make Mac & Cheese, but this will probably be the easiest and yummiest recipe. One that I love, and my family loves it too.

With only four ingredients, you can make the best mac and cheese ever – Macaroni, cheese sauce, salt & pepper and milk.

Beginning with cooking macaroni in milk but make sure you don’t use too much milk so that you don’t have to drain the excess. Once the macaroni is halfway cooked, pour cheese sauce in and stir. Now cook it thoroughly and season with salt and pepper, remember cheese sauce is already salty, so add salt only if you need.

The key to my mac and cheese is cooking it in milk rather than water and the cheese sauce.

Loaded Fries or Nachos

Who among us doesn’t like French fries? So simple and crispy.

Yet we’re loving a trend that is getting popular around the world at the moment, where simple fries are taken to the next level with a variety of toppings and cheese sauce.

These Loaded Cheese Fries are proven to be a crowd-pleaser! Whether it is a game night, get-together or just a Netflix kind of day loaded cheese fries are a must. They are the most amazing appetizers, snacks or even dinner.

I have kept this recipe as simple as possible, so I used a bag of frozen fries and a store-bought cheese sauce, but if you want to you can make both of them from scratch.

First, get all the ingredients ready – frozen fries, cheese sauce, Jalapenos, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, some green olives, and spring onions. You can also replace fries with nachos to make loaded nachos.

Start with baking the fries according to the package instructions until they are crispy and golden, dice all the other ingredients.

Now it is assembly time, take a baking sheet that you baked the fries on. Top it with all the veggies, pour the cheese sauce all over it and bake it for about 5 minutes and serve it while hot. You can also add some spices if you want, but that is totally optional.

For both of these recipes, I have used Anita Cheese Sauce from Pure Dairy. It is a versatile cheese sauce, and it is heat, and freeze-thaw stable can be used hot or cold. Just contact Pure Dairy, who’ll connect you with a supplier who will ship you cheesy dip anywhere across Australia.
