What is your name, exactly where do you prepare dinner and what is your official title?
My name is Mackenzie Nicholson, and I am a personal chef with INTUEAT, the chef de delicacies at Beano’s Cabin, and chef and operator of Mountain Female Cooking.
How prolonged have you lived in the valley and what introduced you here?

What is your favourite spice?
Eco-friendly cardamom. I use it in so a lot of unique programs, and it functions for each sweet and savory dishes.

Elk or antelope is my favourite protein. It is not each day you see antelope on a menu.
Favourite fruits and veggies?
My favourite veggie is peas, they are quite versatile and scrumptious, and I believe they’re underrated. My most loved fruit is both a strawberry or pineapple.

Potatoes, no matter whether they are mashed, fried, boiled or roasted, all types are great and can operate with practically any flavor profile you can assume of.

My favourite comfort and ease food stuff is biscuits and gravy, produced with antelope sausage from animals my father and I have harvested.
