Get out the plates! Gatlin BBQ and Khoi BBQ are heading “pit-to-pit” on the BBQ Brawl series’ 3rd year.

Now, two pitmasters are again in the nationwide highlight with their appearances on the Food items Community demonstrate “BBQ Brawl.”
Don Nguyen of Khoi Barbecue and Michelle Wallace of Gatlin’s BBQ are section of the show’s third time.
Wallace is the executive chef at Gatlin’s, a Black-owned cafe in the 3500 block of Ella Boulevard. She hopes her techniques give her the title “Learn of the ‘Cue.”
